Attending Club Meetings
The club is currently holding hybrid meetings, in-person and Zoom.
In-person meetings will be held at the Holiday Inn, located at 101 Trade Center Dr, Champaign. The club will need to comply with current local and state COVID-19 requirements.
Please note the process below will not change once COVID restrictions are lifted, and you will be required to register each week for lunch, as we are required to provide a headcount to the Holiday Inn each week on Monday. We ask that all members attending please sign up and pay no later than Sunday @ midnight before the Wednesday meeting using one of the links below:

Members who register via the google form and do not attend will be invoiced for the cost of lunch. If you register to attend, you must pay for lunch.
Additional Details
A self-service lunch buffet will be available. Hand sanitizer and vinyl gloves will be available as well.
Each member should consider their individual level of comfort when determining whether or not to attend in-person. It is not required that members be vaccinated to attend as it is at the member's discretion as to whether or not he/she wants to get vaccinated. Meetings will continue to be available via Zoom if the member decides not to attend in-person.
